For those who dared to try, the next challenge awaits.
For those who have grown, the chance to help others grow.
DigiQuest doesn't end in August. Your next step — for those who want to keep going — starts right here.
👉 Fill out the interest survey (approx. 5 min · for 2026 participants)
After DigiQuest ends, there has never been a clear path forward for those who thought, "I want to keep going." The energy generated by the competition used to fade right along with it.
Participate in DigiQuest → Want to do more → Have ongoing opportunities to keep challenging yourself → Take on a small role → Actually get moving → Advance to bigger projects → Support the next DigiQuest → Help grow the next participants → ↺
Attending meetups or study sessions is not the goal in itself. The only thing at the center is: "What will you try next?"
A QUEST is a concrete challenge tackled over anywhere from one week to a few months. There are three types.
Build something that will actually be used in next year's DigiQuest. These are not practice exercises you complete and forget.
Creating materials for the following year / DigiQuest introduction videos / Social media campaigns / Interviews with past participants / Website improvements / Developing new workshops
Tackle challenges brought by real people who need real results. Deliverables are presented directly to the person who made the request, and feedback is received on the spot.
Improving recruitment sites from a teen's perspective / Ideas for youth-oriented products / Social media campaigns for companies / Applying AI to business operations / Revitalizing local events and shopping districts
You become the QUEST OWNER. The organizers won't build the plan for you. Instead, they provide people, venues, companies, and sounding-board sessions to back you up.
Hosting an AI hackathon for high school students / Creating a middle-school edition of DigiQuest / Holding an AI video contest / Running a project with your local shopping district / Building your own service
The more people who reach STEP 7, the closer the whole system gets to running itself — even without the organizers.
2 weeks / approx. 1–2 hours. Summarize what was good about this year's DigiQuest, what you'd like to improve, and what you'd like to do next year — all on a single A4 sheet.
2 weeks / approx. 2–4 hours. Use generative AI to create a roughly 30-second video introducing DigiQuest to high school students. Strong submissions will actually be used in our outreach.
3 weeks / approx. 3–5 hours. Take the concept you developed during DigiQuest and interview at least three potential customers. Report on who you spoke with, what you learned, how your hypothesis changed, and what you'll do next.
Not everyone needs to participate. The next opportunity goes to the people who actually move.
| Period | Activity |
|---|---|
| August | DigiQuest main event · NEXT interest survey |
| September | First QUEST (starting from 1–2 hours) |
| October–November | DIGIQUEST PROJECT (a small team completes one deliverable together) |
| December | REAL QUEST (real challenges from companies and communities) |
| January–March | MY QUEST (launch something yourself) |
| April–May | Improvements and material creation for next year's DigiQuest |
| June–July | NEXT CREW recruitment and preparation |
| August | Participate as someone who supports next year's DigiQuest |
Come and go freely. You don't need to be active all year long. Prioritize exams, clubs, and school. Only move when there's a QUEST you want to take on.
Action, not membership. It's not "I participate because I'm a member." Signing up and stopping there is not the goal.
Start small. We won't hand you a big job right away. You can ease in with a QUEST that takes just one hour a month.
Build things that actually get used. Deliverables don't end as practice exercises. What you create will be used in the following year's DigiQuest or in real company settings.
We won't hand you the answers. What the organizers do is pose questions, connect people, and prepare spaces and opportunities. The decisions are yours.
Nothing beyond this. As participants grow, these four things themselves get handed over to them.
If there's one thing you want to try in the next 30 days, what would it be?
There's a space at the end of the survey to write that one sentence. Everyone who fills it in will receive information about September's QUESTs.
Answering does not mean you're committing to participate. "I'm mildly curious" is perfectly fine.
